• Promptly installing recommended or required firmware, software, or application updates;
• Maintaining compatible devices, operating systems, and network environments as specified in QROV’s current compatibility guidelines;
• Following official setup, configuration, and troubleshooting instructions provided by QROV through its website, app, or support channels;
• Ensuring that device permissions (such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, location, and notifications) required for QROV products to function are properly enabled;
• Keeping third-party applications and platforms that interact with QROV products up to date.
