QROV Returns, Replacements & Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing QROV. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have outlined our policies for returns, exchanges, and replacements for both regular customers and Kickstarter backers.
Order Cancellations (Website Orders Only)
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment for a full refund.
- Once a product has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Section 1: Website Orders – Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy
Return Eligibility
All return requests must be submitted within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery. No exceptions will be made.
Returns are approved only at the sole discretion of the Company and only if ALL conditions below are fully met:
• Unopened & Untouched Product:
The product must be completely unopened, unused, untampered with, and in original factory-sealed condition. Any product that has been opened, installed, tested, activated, or used in any way is strictly non-returnable.
• Original Packaging Required:
The product must be returned in 100% original packaging, including all accessories, cables, manuals, documentation, seals, stickers, protective films, and inserts, with no damage or missing items.
• Mandatory Proof Before Approval:
Customers must provide clear, unedited photos and/or videos showing the factory-sealed product and original packaging prior to return authorization. Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in automatic rejection of the return request.
• Inspection & Final Decision:
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. If the product fails to meet any return condition, the return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
• Eligible Purchases Only:
Returns apply only to products purchased directly from the official QROV website. Purchases from third-party platforms or resellers are not eligible.
No Refunds
• Shipping fees, handling fees, customs duties, taxes, insurance fees, payment processing fees, and any additional charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
• All final sale, discounted, promotional, clearance, limited-quantity, and crowdfunding items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Products explicitly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including change of mind or incompatibility.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not automatic and shall be issued only at the sole discretion of the Company, and only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.
Any approved refund shall apply only to the original product purchase price. All shipping costs (including original shipping), handling fees, customs duties, taxes, insurance fees, payment processing fees, and any additional charges are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the reason for return.
Products that are opened, used, installed, activated, tested, damaged, altered, missing parts, or not returned in original factory-sealed condition are strictly ineligible for any refund.
Mandatory Return Authorization & Proof
Customers must contact us in advance at hola@getqrov.com to request written return authorization. Customers are required to submit clear, unedited photos and/or videos demonstrating that the product is new, unopened, unused, and factory-sealed. Upon approval, the Company will provide the authorized return address for inspection. Any return sent without prior written authorization will be refused.
Return Shipping Responsibility
All return shipping costs, insurance, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Company does not provide prepaid return labels and assumes no liability for loss or damage during return transit.
The Company reserves the absolute and final right to deny any return or refund request that does not fully comply with this policy, without exception.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Request: Email us at hola@getqrov.com to initiate your return. Our team will provide return authorization and warehouse address.
- Send the Product: Return the product in its original box with all components included.
- Inspection: Our technical team will inspect the item to determine if the issue is:Due to manufacturing defect, orCaused by misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage by the user.
- Outcome:If approved, a replacement will be send.If rejected we will inform you and no refund will be issued.
Note: Products returned without prior approval or not meeting eligibility criteria will be rejected.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping in all cases.
- If a product is returned claiming to be defective but passes our inspection as fully functional, the customer is liable for all shipping fees.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Chargeback & Payment Dispute Protection
By completing a purchase, the customer expressly agrees that initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal without first following this policy constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to submit this policy, proof of delivery, product condition evidence, and customer communications to payment processors, banks, and dispute resolution platforms to contest any dispute.
Section 2: Kickstarter Backers – Special Return & Replacement Policy
We deeply appreciate your support through our crowdfunding campaign. Due to the nature of Kickstarter campaigns, please note the following policies:
No Refund Policy
- Refunds are not possible once the Kickstarter campaign ends and your order is confirmed.
- This is standard for all crowdfunding projects due to the use of funds in product development and manufacturing.
Return or Replacement Policy (Kickstarter Orders Only)
We only offer replacements under the following conditions:
- Defective on Arrival: If your product is found to be defective due to manufacturing issues within 7 days of delivery, you may request a replacement.
- You must:Email us at hola@getqrov.com with your backer details and description of the issue.Provide photo/video evidence clearly showing the defect.Ship the item back to our warehouse after receiving return instructions.Allow our team to inspect and determine the cause of the issue.
Important: The backer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- If the defect is confirmed:A replacement product will be sent.Backers must pay the price difference between their discounted Kickstarter pledge and the full retail value of the replacement product.
- If damage is caused by user misuse or improper handling, no replacement will be issued.
Import Taxes & Customs
- Customers are fully responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and applicable local fees based on their destination country’s laws.
- Failure to pay these charges may result in your shipment being returned or destroyed by customs.
- Orders that are returned or undelivered due to unpaid customs or tax obligations are non-refundable.
Warranty Coverage (All Orders)
All QROV products are covered under a 1-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects.
To file a warranty claim, please email hola@getqrov.com with:
- Order ID and purchase proof
- Description of the issue
- Supporting images or video
- Product serial/batch number (if available)
Final Notes
- QROV reserves the right to deny any return, exchange, or replacement that does not comply with the conditions above.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by customer misuse, including physical damage, unauthorized modifications, or improper installation.
- Return shipping is always at the customer’s risk; we recommend using tracked shipping methods.
