Thank you for choosing QROV. We are committed to providing high-quality products and customer support. To ensure transparency and fairness, please carefully review the following Return, Replacement, Exchange, Warranty, and Crowdfunding Policies before placing an order.
By placing an order, completing checkout, participating in a crowdfunding campaign, or using QROV products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies and related terms.
Order Cancellations (Website Orders Only)
Order cancellations are only permitted before the order has been shipped. Once shipping has started and a tracking number has been issued, cancellations are no longer possible.
Approved cancellations will be refunded excluding platform transaction fees, as well as shipping, processing, and handling fees.
Note: Platform transaction fees, along with shipping, processing, and handling fees, are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved cancellation.
Section 1: Website Orders – Return, Replacement & Exchange Policy
1.1 – Return Eligibility
All return requests must be submitted within thirty 30 days from the date of delivery. No exceptions will be made.
Returns are approved only at the sole discretion of the Company and only if ALL of the following conditions are fully met:
• Unopened & Untouched Product:
The product must be completely unopened, unused, untampered with, and in original factory-sealed condition. Any product that has been opened, installed, tested, activated, or used in any way is strictly non-returnable
• Original Packaging Required:
The product must be returned in 100% original packaging, including all accessories, cables, manuals, documentation, seals, stickers, protective films, and inserts, with no damage or missing items.
• Mandatory Proof Before Approval:
Customers must provide clear, unedited photos and/or videos showing the factory-sealed product and original packaging prior to return authorization.
Failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in automatic rejection of the return request.
• Inspection & Final Decision
All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. If the product fails to meet any return condition, the return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
• Eligible Purchases Only:
Returns apply only to products purchased directly from the official QROV website. Purchases from third-party platforms or resellers are not eligible.
1.2 – Non-Eligible Reasons for Return
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Dissatisfaction with the product
- Incorrect purchase
- Compatibility issues not caused by a product defect
1.3 – No Refunds on Fees
Shipping fees, handling fees, customs duties, taxes, insurance fees, payment processing fees, and any additional charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
1.4 – Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
All final sale, discounted, promotional, clearance, limited-quantity, and crowdfunding items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Products explicitly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, including change of mind or incompatibility.
1.5 – Refund Policy
Refunds are not automatic and are issued only after all three of the following conditions are met:
- The returned product has been received by QROV
- The product has been inspected and verified by our team
- The return has been formally approved under this policy
If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be calculated by deducting all applicable fees and costs from the original purchase price. The customer will receive only the remaining balance after all of the following have been deducted:
- Original and return shipping fees
- Customs duties and import/export costs
- Taxes and VAT
- Insurance fees
- Payment processing and platform transaction fees
- Handling and packaging charges
- Any other third-party costs incurred in connection with the order.
Important: Depending on the fees incurred, the net refund amount after all deductions may be significantly lower than the original purchase price, QROV is not liable for the difference.
Products that are opened, used, installed, activated, tested, damaged, altered, missing parts, or not returned in original factory-sealed condition are strictly ineligible for any refund.
1.6 – Mandatory Return Authorization & Proof
- Customers must contact us in advance at hola@getqrov.com to request written return authorization.
- Customers are required to submit clear, unedited photos and/or videos demonstrating that the product is new, unopened, unused, and factory-sealed.
- Upon approval, the Company will provide the authorized return address for inspection.
- Any return sent without prior written authorization will be refused.
1.7 – Return Shipping Responsibility
All return shipping costs, insurance, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The Company does not provide prepaid return labels and assumes no liability for loss or damage during return transit.
The Company reserves the absolute and final right to deny any return or refund request that does not fully comply with this policy, without exception.
1.8 – Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Request: Email us at hola@getqrov.com to initiate your return. Our team will provide return authorization and warehouse address.
- Send the Product: Return the product in its original box with all components included. The product must remain sealed as received. Opened items are not eligible for return.
- Inspection: Our technical team will inspect the item to determine if the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage by the user.
- Outcome: If approved, a replacement will be sent. If rejected, we will inform you and no refund will be issued.
Note: Products returned without prior approval or not meeting eligibility criteria will be rejected.
All shipping costs, including return shipping, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
QROV bears no liability for any shipping fees, losses, or damages incurred during the return transit.
1.9 – Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping in all cases.
- If a product is returned claiming to be defective but passes our inspection as fully functional, the customer is liable for all shipping fees.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
1.10 – Chargeback & Payment Dispute Protection
Customers must contact our support team and follow the official return and refund process before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Any chargeback filed without prior communication with QROV may be considered a violation of our Terms and Return Policy.
Filing a chargeback while the product is in transit, delivered, or before completing the approved return process may constitute a breach of this policy.
Initiating a chargeback without returning the product, where a return is required under this policy, may also be considered a violation of this policy.
Unauthorized or unsupported disputes, including those initiated without first notifying QROV, may be formally contested.
In such cases, QROV reserves the right to submit supporting evidence to payment providers (including but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, or other payment networks), including:
- Delivery confirmation
- Tracking records
- Order details
- Customer communications
- Product inspection findings
- Proof of policy acceptance.
Non-compliance with these terms may result in the dispute being resolved in favor of QROV.
Filing fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions, refusal of future purchases, or further review by our compliance team.
QROV maintains records of transactions, communications, and delivery confirmations and reserves the right to defend against disputes that are inconsistent with this policy.
1.11 – Order Cancellation & Refund Policy (Security Verification)
Orders flagged and canceled by our system due to security, verification, or risk concerns will be refunded to the original payment method after deduction of applicable payment processing fees, platform transaction fees, currency conversion fees, and any related third-party charges incurred during the transaction.
Refunds are initiated promptly; however, settlement timelines are subject to the policies and processing times of the payment provider and financial institution and may take several business days to complete.
Any chargeback or dispute initiated while a refund is pending may be considered a violation of this policy. In such cases, QROV reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts, limit future transactions, and formally contest the dispute.
QROV reserves the right to submit supporting evidence, including order records, fraud detection results, transaction logs, delivery records, and communication history, to the payment provider and issuing bank in response to any disputed transaction.
SECTION 2 – KICKSTARTER BACKERS POLICY
2.1 – Crowdfunding Acknowledgment
We sincerely appreciate your support through Kickstarter and crowdfunding platforms. By participating in the campaign, backers acknowledge that crowdfunding products may involve production adjustments, firmware or software updates, feature changes, packaging revisions, compatibility updates, and shipping schedule changes during development and fulfillment.
2.2 – No Refund Policy
All Kickstarter pledges and crowdfunding orders are final and non-refundable once the campaign has ended and funds have been collected.
2.3 – Shipping Survey Responsibility
Backers are responsible for completing the official shipping survey accurately and within the required timeframe. Rewards will be fulfilled based on the submitted information.
Requests submitted more than three (3) months after the original survey distribution may no longer be accommodated.
2.4 – Replacement Policy
Kickstarter rewards are not eligible for returns.
Replacements are offered only for verified manufacturing defects reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
To request a replacement, backers must:
- Contact hola@getqrov.com
- Provide backer/order information
- Submit clear photo or video evidence
- Follow troubleshooting and return instructions.
Returned products are subject to inspection before approval.
Replacement requests may be denied if inspection shows misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or user-related damage.
Backers are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs charges, taxes, and related costs.
2.5 – Customs & Import Responsibility
Backers are solely responsible for all customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, and other import-related charges required by their destination country.
Orders delayed, returned, abandoned, or destroyed due to unpaid customs obligations are non-refundable.
SECTION 3 – LOST PACKAGE POLICY & REPLACEMENT LIMITATIONS
3.1 – Lost or Undelivered Packages
If a shipment is confirmed as lost or undelivered by the carrier, QROV may, at its sole discretion and subject to investigation, offer one replacement unit depending on product availability.
To submit a claim, customers must:
- Contact hola@getqrov.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date;
- Provide order details and shipping information;
- Cooperate with any verification or carrier investigation if requested.
Claims that cannot be verified may be denied.
3.2 – Replacement Finality
Acceptance of a replacement unit shall constitute full and final resolution of the original claim.
Once a replacement has been issued or accepted, the customer waives any right to:
- Additional replacements for the same order or incident;
- Refunds, partial refunds, or store credit related to the original claim;
- Additional disputes or chargebacks related to the same shipment issue.
3.3 – Exclusions
QROV is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages if:
- The carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout;
- The customer provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information;
- The package was refused, abandoned, or returned due to customer inaction;
- Loss resulted from customs issues, unpaid duties, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond QROV’s control;
- The claim is submitted more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
3.4 – One Replacement Limit
Lost package claims are limited to one (1) replacement per order, per customer, per incident. Replacement units are not eligible for additional lost package claims unless otherwise approved by QROV in exceptional circumstances.
SECTION 4 – GENERAL LIMITATIONS
QROV reserves the absolute and final right to:
- Approve or deny any return, refund, replacement, exchange, or warranty claim
- Request additional verification, documentation, photos, videos, or product inspection
- Modify, update, revise, or change these policies at any time without prior notice.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to periodically review the latest version of these policies and related terms before making a purchase, submitting a return request, or using QROV products and services.
By placing an order, completing checkout, or using QROV products or services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the most current version of these policies and terms.
Return shipping is always at the customer’s risk. Customers are strongly advised to use insured and trackable shipping methods.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
