- CA / AU / KR Orders: Orders placed before 5 PM (PT) dispatch the next business day, with delivery in 7–14 business days.

2. Tracking Information

3. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect information.
If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll reship it for an additional shipping fee.

Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
